Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our Separations Technologies Canada team in Belledune, NB, Canada. This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence
• Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in operations management or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $66,000.00-$82,700.00 per year
