Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of production lines while adhering to strict safety standards. This position requires a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
Straight Shifts Available
Day Shift - Monday to Friday - 6am to 2pm
Afternoon Shift - Monday to Friday - 2pm to 10pm
Midnight Shift - Sunday to Thursday - 10pm to 6am
Duties

• Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in the training of new team members on operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and adhere to inventory management practices.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic math skills are required for measuring ingredients and managing inventory.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills are highly valued.
