Job Overview
JY Care is a leader in the nutraceutical industry, dedicated to producing premium-quality natural health products. We are currently seeking an experienced Production Line Worker to join our team and help us maintain our high standards in the manufacturing of nutraceutical powder capsules.
Duties

• Operation of Production Equipment: Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery used in the manufacturing of nutraceutical powder capsules, ensuring that all equipment is functioning efficiently and safely.
• Capsule Filling: Accurately fill capsules with the correct nutraceutical powder blends, meeting production quotas and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect capsules and packaging for defects or inconsistencies to ensure all products meet our strict quality and safety requirements.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Regularly clean and sanitize production equipment and the workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate production records, including batch numbers, quantities produced, and issues encountered during production.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production team members to ensure seamless workflow and meet production goals.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required by management to support overall production and operational goals

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, specifically in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience with production line equipment and processes, particularly in capsule filling and packaging within the nutraceutical industry.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of the final product.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Ability to understand and follow instructions, with basic proficiency in English. Mandarin/Cantonese is a must for effective communication within the team.
• Safety Awareness: Familiarity with workplace safety practices and regulations, especially in nutraceutical manufacturing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
