• Salary Expectations: $45/hour - $50/hour

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects and deliverables of projects
• Create, organize and maintain confidential information in a centralized system
• Calendar management for multiple C-suite executives, and project managers and booking travel as required, handling expense reports
• Taking minutes at meetings, distributing minutes
• Creating documents and preparing reports
• Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
• Setting up webinars and working collaboratively to assist Project Managers and other administrators as required
• Ensure invoices are paid promptly
• Other duties as assigned to assist with Project Coordination and Executive Administrative support

Qualifications:

• 10 plus years of experience as a Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant combination is ideal as a Project Coordinator
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration
• Experience in the Healthcare industry is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Share Point and Teams
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced environment handling confidential information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
