Responsibilities:

• Calculating and processing payment adjustments for members
• Benefits set up and updated as required
• Collection calls
• Reconciliation of benefit claims
• Provide detailed explanations to member inquiries
• Assist with the preparation of the EDB Payroll
• Contact employer groups for employee earning information
• Review data for reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Liaise with internal and external parties
• Assist with annual file audits
• Prepare general remittances
• Coordinate and attend meetings, and assist with project administrative work as required

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Business Administration, Payroll, or Accounting program
• 3+ years of Administrative experience
• Exposure to Accounting and/or Payroll functions
• Business knowledge related to Disability insurance is an asset
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
