Robert Half Technology is seeking a skilled part-time IT Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee vendor management for networking equipment installations for a client of ours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, with a focus on coordinating and managing external vendors to ensure successful and timely project delivery. This part-time Project Manager opportunity is offered remote to candidates based in BC or Alberta and will have an initial term of 3-months (potential to extend). It is expected that the successful applicant will work roughly 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate external vendors for networking equipment installations.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Monitor and assess vendor performance, addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
Ensure all installations meet quality standards and comply with company policies.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, with a focus on vendor management.
Strong knowledge of networking equipment and installation processes.
Be available 20 hours per week during core business hours.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
