Location: 514 Carlingview Drive. Etobicoke Ontario, M9W 5R3

Full-time Shift: Saturday to Wednesday/Thursday - 1:00am to 9:00am

Wage: $22.75/ hour plus $1.50 night shift premium

POSITION: Team Member - Quality Control - Night Shift

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Conduct foreign material and GMP audits which can contribute to potential contamination
Conduct process and quality checks (i.e. printing, kwik lok coding, right packaging, batch #, physical parameters, product consistency) on the line from mixing to shipping area
Conduct metal detector checks
Verify line operating standards compliance
Retain samples
Report any deviation and assist in Hold & Release procedure
Participate in complaints and/or nonconformance investigations
All other duties as assigned

ABOUT YOU:

Post secondary in a food safety/ quality related program.
1 year experience in a quality control food manufacturing.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Strong oral and written communication in English
Ability to partner with all levels of production from Operators to Supervisors
Flexible and willing to work overtime where require
