Breezeful is Canada's tech-enabled mortgage brokerage operating in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, New Brunswick, Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia. Our aim is to provide a convenient and efficient way for mortgage agents to build their business both in person and online.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract a diverse pool of qualified through various channels including job boards and social media
  • Comfortable with using and prospecting on Linked In
  • Conduct phone interviews and virtual meeting interviews across three time zones
  • Conduct regular analysis of recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies
  • Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases
Qualifications:
  • Recruiting experience is an asset
  • Familiar with virtual meeting tools and CRM systems
  • Experience with mortgages, real estate, sales, business development is an asset
  • Fully fluent in French is an asset
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
