Job Responsibilities:
- Source and attract a diverse pool of qualified through various channels including job boards and social media
- Comfortable with using and prospecting on Linked In
- Conduct phone interviews and virtual meeting interviews across three time zones
- Conduct regular analysis of recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases
- Recruiting experience is an asset
- Familiar with virtual meeting tools and CRM systems
- Experience with mortgages, real estate, sales, business development is an asset
- Fully fluent in French is an asset
This is a 100% commission-based role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
- Company events
- Flexible schedule
- Work from home
- French not required
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
