Job Description

Job Title: Security Supervisor (Mississauga)Job Type Full time
Shift Monday - Friday - 41.5 hours
Hours: 6:15 - 14:30 per hour
Salary: $19:.00 to $21.00

Overview:
Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security Supervisors to oversee security operations at our Brampton site. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with excellent communication skills and able to manage a dynamic security team. If you have experience as a supervisor in a warehouse environment and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirement:

• Supervisory or team lead experience in security.
• Must have experience working in a warehouse environment
• Must have training capabilities
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of security personnel, ensuring effective patrolling and site security.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.
• Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Coordinating with other team leads to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage.
• Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
• Manage and oversee shift scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for day and night shifts.
