Site Reliability Monitoring and Logging services

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Site Reliability Monitoring and Logging services for a 3-year hybrid contract opportunity with possibility of extension. This role is with our Crown corporation client in downtown Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Secret Security Clearance.
The Site Reliability Monitoring and Logging services will have the following responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation and configuration of Dynatrace to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure;
  • Analyze application performance requirements and customize monitoring thresholds, alerts, and dashboards to align with operational objectives and business needs;
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve monitoring-related issues, collaborate with development team and other IT teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimized performance;
  • Develop detailed documentation for monitoring processes and setups, and provide knowledge transfer to client's staff to ensure effective use and maintenance of the monitoring tools;
  • Other related activities and deliverables, as required
The Site Reliability Monitoring and Logging services must meet the following mandatory requirements:
  • Must have a University degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field;
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated work experience in managing application performance monitoring;
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of recent demonstrated work experience with Dynatrace;
  • Must have demonstrated experience working in Agile projects (SCRUM);
  • Must have demonstrated experience monitoring, and logging;
  • Must have demonstrated experience in software development background;
  • Must have demonstrated experience with IT infrastructure projects;
  • Must have demonstrated experience with delivery in Saa S environments;
  • Must have demonstrated experience with Dev Ops (Jenkins, Git HUB)
