Backed by the drive to help his mom conserve live a stress-free life at home, Geoff Whitlock set out to create Custodia. In late 2018, he did not know how impactful Custodia was going to be, but he knew exactly what it shouldn’t be; a company that desired profits more than the need to help older adults in the community. Within a few years, Custodia had grown to 40 communities helping thousands of seniors across Canada.

A Custodia Home Helper is responsible for helping seniors with odd jobs and tasks they can no longer do on their own, like:

• Shoveling snow
• Cutting the grass
• Shopping for home items
• Changing lightbulbs
• Organizing things

You will be the face of the company to the customer ensuring the property is well maintained and safe for the senior.
We are looking for individuals who are good with people, with a positive attitude, that enjoys adding value and doing a great job.
We provide you with work so you don't need to look for it. Workaround your existing schedule.
Requirements:

• A kind and pleasant demeanor
• A valid driver's license and vehicle to transport your equipment
• Your own equipment including a Lawn Mower & Weed trimmer you can take to the Jobsite
• Extension or Step Ladder and the ability to transport it
• Pass criminal record checks
• Manage/maintain your own equipment
• Love to learn and to get rewarded
• You are organized, tidy, and on time
• You are trustworthy and reliable
• Independent contractor
