SUMMARY:
Provides support to day to day functioning of office including telephone and other communications equipment, filing, ordering and stocking supplies, and other administrative functions. Assists clients with inquiries and provides support to internal staff and programs. This role may require time to time coverage of other ONE CARE office locations.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• One year related college or equivalent.
• Highly proficient in use of computer (Word, Excel, Microsoft Office) and office equipment.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service abilities.
• Ability to speak French would be considered an asset.
• Valid Drive's license and proof of insurance.
