We are seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager to join our team for a global project with an international client

What you´ll do
This role involves leading agile practices ensuring seamless project execution and driving continuous improvement. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience and optimizing multi-channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and project progress.

• Oversee the implementation of agile methodologies and practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

• Provide guidance and support to team members on agile principles and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

• Monitor and track project progress identifying and addressing any impediments to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• Implement strategies to optimize multi-channel customer experiences leveraging agile methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

• Conduct regular assessments of team performance and agile processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

• Ensure transparency and visibility of project status through effective reporting and communication with stakeholders.

• Drive the adoption of agile tools and techniques to enhance team collaboration and project

Necessary skills and experience required:

• Advanced level of English.
• More than 10 years of experience in similar positions.
• Possess a deep understanding of agile principles and practices with proven experience as a Scrum Master in CX and Multi Channel domains.
• Ability to use project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Certifications in agile project management, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or similar.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to guide and support cross-functional teams.
