Permanent En el marco de la Ley 21.015 que incentiva la contratación de Personas con Discapacidad al Mundo Laboral, Finning, socio estratégico de CATERPILLAR, líder en distribución de equipos y servicios, te invita a unirte al líder que mueve las industrias y a participar con nosotros en el proceso de postulación para el cargo de Gerente de Tecnología para nuestro contrato con Escondida, quien será responsable de liderar al equipo de técnicos de autonomía, en conjunto con las áreas internas de Finning, Caterpillar y con nuestro cliente. Dadas las características del rol, el dominio efectivo del idioma inglés será un requisito excluyente, por lo que compartiremos la descripción del rol en ese idioma:

• Develop people requirements for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance for Command Layer in trucks and Mine Star Systems in the rest of the fleet that will operate in the autonomous zone.
• Leadership with the internal assembly and service areas in Finning that are involved in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance stages to meet the objectives of the work plans. Among its functions are work with training services in the technical solution and procedures, and providing the necessary support for the resolution of problems detected during the installation with resources of your project and support of personnel of the Technology management.
• Prepare delivery plans for customers seeking to optimally support the activities carried out.
• Problem Investigation: Assist and support staff to work with the internal technical teams in investigating particular or unusual problems in autonomous technology.
• Develop your professional team to train in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of these solutions to Finning assembly personnel, from the management of sporadic support technology and personnel to be assigned on-site technology support contract.

• Management of computational tools in Windows, Word, Excel and power point environment.
• Proficiency in spoken English.
• Management of risk management variables and care for the environment
• Driver's License B
• Required technical and installation knowledge of CAT Mine Star technological systems.

• Civil engineer or electrical execution or related to knowledge, understanding and understanding of technological systems and their implementation processes and delivery to customers,
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in planning implementation and commissioning of Mine Star systems or similar.
• Experience in workforce planning for maintenance activities in mining environment.
• Leadership of work teams with maximum compliance with internal and customer safety regulations.
