• Advanced English - able to maintain fluent oral and written conversations (some employees and managers speak only English).

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Personnel Administration, coordinating and tracking the hiring process and integration of new employees.
• Labor Relations: Serve as a liaison between management and employees to resolve conflicts and manage labor grievances.
• Compensation and Benefits: Monitor the compensation and benefits system.
• Organizational Development: Monitor training and professional development programs that improve employee performance and skills.
• Regulatory Compliance: Review and ensure compliance with applicable employment policies and legal requirements.
• Talent Management: Identify and recommend strategies for retaining and developing key talent within the organization.
• Organizational Psychology: Apply the principles of organizational psychology to improve employee well-being and satisfaction.
• Conflict Management and Discipline: Administer disciplinary and conflict resolution procedures to ensure fair and objective management.
• Employment Law: Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and ensure that the company is in compliance.
• Compensation and Benefits: Track compensation packages offered.
