• Creation and management of the Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders.
• Follow up on the Purchase Orders approvals.
• Analysis of the open Purchase Orders for month end closing.
• Suppliers’ creation management.
• Front person for Suppliers related questions.

• Processing of reimbursable employee expenses.
• Support on the processing of AP tasks.
• Work closely with other members of the Finance Team to ensure, among others, completeness of transactions, closing procedures, and reporting procedures.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Self-driven, efficient team player; must be comfortable working independently
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Ability to analyze, report, and propose recommendations
• Experience with ERP (Sage, SAP, Oracle, People Soft)
• Good knowledge of Excel (data, advanced formulas, pivot tables), Outlook, and MS office
• Advanced level of English is mandatory
