1.Coupa系统里所有的发票及时准确录入系统,并保证所有Coupa系统录入的发票在SAP中生成凭证。
2.SAP订单发票及时匹配GRNI入账,并确保GRNI无差异。
3.每月将AP Aging Report发给相关部门进行排款,并根据相关部门反馈出具付款计划及时账务处理清账。
4.按时完成月末结账工作,并确保当月费用及时入账Coupa订单超期跟踪并及时清理。
5.审核所有付款及报销单据并确保其支付遵循CSA及中国税务税法及法律政策。
6.每月完成Recon报表,并上传系统同时完成其他报表与费用相关的实际数据更新,并上传系统。
7.按时完成客户的开票及挂账工作完成Sales Recon。
8.月度对应收账款进行跟踪,督促开票进度及分析未开票原因;核对回款差异及原因销项税的核对。
9.按时准确提交各类需要的财务报表。
10.协助完成内控工作及内外部审计工作。
11.完成供应商银行支付业务并及时清账。
12.完成上级交待的其它任务。
13.根据公司及岗位要求,支持并参与环境、健康、安全相关工作。
