Responsibilities

• Support the execution of R&D projects in compliance with the R&D guideline and idea to market process.
• Ensure team spirit to meet R&D milestones and objectives.
• Develop cost and resource efficient analytic/characterization methods for all BUs with a focus on BU Care Chemicals
• Create, update, and maintain SOP of the analytic equipment and methods.

• Ensure EHS compliance regarding the responsible laboratory and equipment.
• Utilize resources as assigned in the most effective way.
• Responsible to the maintenance of the facility.

• Provide scientific information required for the execution of projects and advancement of the Analytic Lab.
• Share know-how proactively to support GRS Team's capabilities for problem solving.
• Identify cross-lab analytic/characterization equipment and methods to enhance/extend the competency of the group.
• Provide scientific solutions to solve production, technical service, and sales problems.
• Actively participate in the establishment of the R&D analytical labs
• Provide technical service to internal and external customers.

• Support and sustain of 5S in labs.
• Keep sufficient supplies, both consumables and chemicals, for lab operation and project needs
• Be able to train new lab technicians

Requirements

• Major in chemistry, chemical engineering or related fields, preferable in Master’s degree
• 1~3 years for Bachelor in relevant industry with hands-on laboratory experience.
• Good in written English. Be able to communicate in English
