About the Business
Deloitte China Brand, Communications & Marketing is the key function that plans, manages, and operates Deloitte's brand and marketing efforts in China. We support the strategic priorities of Deloitte China's business growth with integrated capabilities, enable the Firm’s leadership and business units to shape and enhance Deloitte’s brand image for clients, talent, and stakeholders, and provide professional support including brand and visual management, media public relations and reputation management, digital and social media communications, integrated marketing, pursuit and proposal support, and strategic marketing activities, to continuously safeguard and enhance Deloitte's brand value and empower Deloitte to become the undisputed leader in professional services.

Work you'll do

Creative design

• Digital animation, video design/shooting and social media creative postings
• Visual design for Deloitte branded marketing and business development collaterals, including internal and external presentation materials; event collaterals; publications, newsletters and email communications; office environmental design; business proposals and presentations
• Brand compliance support

Social media content development

• Generate and edit social media posting content, especially animation/videos that build meaningful connections with followers to achieve brand building and business goals
• Understand the firm’s priorities and demonstrate in social media posts in an effective manner
• Continuously improve by capturing and analysing social media trends, insights and best practices

We are looking for someone with

You need to be specialized in the following or related areas

• Digital design
• Video design
• Marketing materials design

Work approach

• Expertise in animation creating, video design/shooting and graphic design
• Experience in producing infographics
• Experience in visual brand management (the visual brand architecture of logo architecture, typography, colors, imagery etc.)
• Familiar with major social platforms including We Chat/Linked In/Twitter/Facebook, etc
• Good team player and ability to learn new knowledge/skills as needed
• Positive attitude, detail and client oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
