Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
l Develop entity wise Outsourcing Management framework and act as secretary to facilitate related governance forum
l Drive periodic/ ad hoc reviews per internal/ regulatory requirements, e.g., IGSA annual review, annual outsourcing self-assessment and half-year outsourcing attestation
l Act as the key subject matter expert for the set-up, maintenance and running of Intra-Group Service Agreements (IGSAs) and coordinate for related inter-company payment
l Lead office operation management including set up and maintenance of policies such as Outsourcing Policy and Travel Policy, coordination of local CAP submission process, PINF entity insurance payment, etc.
l Hold Third Party Working Group (TPWG) member role within China Insurance entities management structure
l Provide guidance to Business/ Functions, including policy/procedure update, notification for periodic review/progress, and key announcement related to outsourcing/ third party management.
l Support ad hoc tasks in Chief of Staff area

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
l University degree, preferably in business management, or other relevant qualifications
l 5 years+ working experience in business management for financial institutions, with experience in third party/ outsourcing management would be a plus
l Strong analytical skills with investigative mind set and risk awareness
l Proven ability of stakeholder management and resource mobilization
l Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills; presentation skills preferred
l Self-starter, with strong Can-Do attitude
