• Work in alignment with the global team to deliver the IT services and solutions in support of our 3M China business. This includes cyber and compliance, Applications, Data and Analytics and Infrastructure.
• Understand and consolidate overall Greater China (GCO) regional strategy, project delivery and services.
• Manage and evaluate China IT resource needs.
• Drive China business transformation programs and bring tangible business value
• Interact with internal and external parties, including regulators, external vendors, and country business leaders.
• Collaborate with ITOC regarding prioritization of strategies, projects, resourcing, etc.
• Partner with Business Leadership on prioritization of transformation efforts.
