Responsibility:

• 
  Be responsible to support company's comprehensive compliance program and to ensure company's operations compliance with Code of Conduct, country/local laws and company's guidelines.
• Setting up and/or updating company's guidelines and SOPs to ensure compliance with Code of Conduct, global policies, relevant local and international laws.
• Develop and improve the Group wide compliance management policies and procedures.
• Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.
• Deliver the training to related employees and provide the technical supports in alignment of internal management system and processes.
• Verify that all companies and regulatory policies and procedures documented, implemented, and communicated.

Requirement:

• 
  Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, internal audit or data analytics is preferable.
• At least8 years’ relevant experience for senior manager level.
• Good understanding of compliance function.
• Solid risk analysis, analytical and quantitative skills are an advantage for candidates with career focusing on advisory services or in house related experience.
• Strong communication, writing and related industry analysis skills.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
