Position Overview

Details of the Division and Team
Deutsche Bank China, Loan Processing Operations mainly focus on bilateral loan, entrustment loan & mortgage loan processing task to loan customers, and loan relevant reporting preparation in accordance with local regulatory requirement.

Your key responsibilities

Operations

• Bilateral loans, Entrustment loan, Mortgage loan, and other business operations, including loan, repayment, extension, interest rate reset and other business input and maintenance in the business system.
  
• Daily transaction information maintenance, including customer instructions collection, pre-checking, preparation to be sent customer notification, business information records and registration.
  
• Assist with due diligence, including settlement of client loan funds, tracking of repayment funds, and follow-up on loan documentation.
  
• Be responsible for the daily telephone and email communication and loan operation matters between clients and providing inquiry services.
  
• Complete loan operation-related business data capture, timely and accurately provide data to the relevant internal and external departments (including the finance department, compliance department, front desk business departments, etc.), responsible for internal and external business statements entry and verification, including all kinds of regulatory statements
  
• Familiar with the relevant guidelines, processes, laws, and regulations on loan operation, and updating the internal operating and handling procedures of departments.
  
• Timely reporting of potential business risks and ensuring business accuracy
  
• Proactively complete temporary tasks assigned from time to time by supervisors
  

Your skills and experience

• Good knowledge of banking work experience and having priority in loan operation experience
  
• Practical experience in the field of university graduation and/or related finance
  
• Team spirit and good interpersonal communication
  
• Ability to work stress and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  
• Focus on detail and be proactive
  
• Good regulatory knowledge
  
• Good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English
