Position Overview

D etails of the Div ision and Team
Deutsche Bank China, Global Trade & Finance Operations mainly focus on trade transactions related to Import/Export LC, Import/Export Collection, Trade Finance, Local Draft Discounting/Acceptance and Bank Guarantees, and relevant reporting formalities in accordance with local regulatory requirement .

Your key responsibilities

Operations

• Handle the system processing of Trade product transactions for various branches in China.
  
• Prepare regulatory reports when needed.
  
• Handle trade product related internal accounts.
  
• Report any potential operational risk & ensure no operation error.
  
• Ensure that all regulations/compliance requirements have been fully complied with in daily operation.
  
• Keep quality customer services.
  
• Meet SLA
  
• Cooperation with department head to achieve departmental targets
  

Your skills and experience

• Good knowledge in Export / Import / Guarantee products / Trade Finance
  
• University graduate preferable with at least 2-3 years’ experience in trade finance services operations
  
• Familiar with SAFE & PBOC regulations and reporting system.
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  
• Computer literate
  
• Team spirit and good interpersonal communication
