Position Overview

Details of the Division and Team
Deutsche Bank China, Cash Operations mainly focus on payment clearing services to cooperate customers. FCY team focus on Cross Border Remittances operation and relevant reporting formalities in accordance with local regulatory requirement. LCY team focus on CNY remittance /clearing and relevant reporting .

Your key responsibilities

• Support Hub LCY / FCY Cash Transaction Processing and product setting.
  
• Prepare and submit regulator and internal reports.
  
• Conduct compliance checking related to cash transactions / products.
  
• Following regulations / bank control requirements /KOD for processing and risk control.
  
• Provide suggestion and contribute for system function enhance and participate UAT.
  
• Escalate to managers over issue observed and potential risk.
  

The role will include:

• Use of back office and regulatory reporting systems
  
• Provided service to internal and external customers.
  
• Liaise with Sales, Relationship Managers, Product development, Local and Regional IT and other Operations units
  
• Close co-operation and communication with Middle Office and Operations staffs in other branches.
  

Your skills and experience

• Degree holders with Banking and Finance background
  
• Command of English communication skills – both spoken and written are essential
  
• 2+ years relevant experience in a similar field
  
• Good knowledge about PBOC regulations on RMB business; Be familiar with PBOC/SAFE regulations for foreign exchange business
  
• Good general PC skills (especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point)
  
• Ability to focus and prioritize in high-pressure environment.
  
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
  
• Attention to details is essential.
  
• Confident and a team player
  
• Mobility for cross function/product knowledge and capability will be a plus
