Job Description:Position Summary:

The Deputy China Finance Controller will base in Changzhou, directly report to China Finance Controller, to play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving financial performance, financial reporting, analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with China Finance Controller to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by China Finance Controller.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of the relevant working experience as a senior finance role, with a strong background in financial control and reporting within foreign manufacturing organization or high-technology business.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent computer skills in spreadsheets, database (Excel, Word, Power Point and Access) and ERP (Microsoft Navision, SAP or Visual). Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) will be a plus.
• Fluent English is required.
