What is the job about?
The position is to accelerate the business growth of system & solution in CBS China, focusing on E-pump, smart control and digital application. The candidate will be responsible for formulating innovative customer solution, overseeing technical implementation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote business growth.

Your main responsibilities:

• Customer solution formulation: Formulate customer-centric solutions tailored to the needs of CBS China's clients in the area of control & digital systems. This includes developing integrated & smart control solutions for pump/E-pump, pump skids, distributed pumping, heating substation, chiller plant and other related systems in the applications of commercial buildings and district energy.
• Technical proposal development: Create comprehensive technical proposal to fit the tender requirements in complex customer projects, including system diagram, function description, control sequences, layout drawings, customized HMI and necessary documentation to effectively communicate the proposal to clients.
• Technical implementation oversight: Directly supervise complex project implementation relating to the control and digital system, from design, programming through factory assembly and field commissioning, and be capable of handling customized programming, conducting data analytic to ensure successful fulfillment.
• Solution technical support: Provide expert-level technical support on control and digital area to both internal teams and external clients, including resolving technical issues, conducting training sessions, developing sales tools etc. Participate in promotional activities and events to showcase the company's technical expertise and innovative solutions.
• Cross functional collaboration: Work closely with other engineering functions within the factory and R&D department, especially on complex or advanced systems projects. Support SD, BD and PLM in solution pilot and offering optimization. Collaborate with sales, service and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions into overall business strategies.

Your background

• B. Sc. in automation/electrical engineering or related fields;
• At least 5-year experience in control/automation/digital solutions within control/automation/BIo T/similar industry company;
• Skilled in control system design, Io T technologies application, PLC/SCADA programming and operational data analytics;
• Proficient experience relating to the disciplines of HVAC, district energy, plumbing, etc.;
• Proficient experience of technical support in the relevant areas including smart control, digital solutions, smart heating, smart building etc.;
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• High collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders;
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is highly preferred
