Job Summary
To pro-actively promote CN SCB related products and services to clients, including end-to-end from Account opening to fund-in for SB and investment for NB, China account opening for GBA Program/Campaign, etc. Secondly to proactively develop and explore channels/partnerships to grow GBA related products and services by batch.

Key Responsibilities
Business
  • Optimize the sales and service model for GBA WRB customers;
  • Strengthen CN SCB related products and services introduction to clients, including WMC SB a/c and NB a/c opening, SB a/c fund in and NB products introductions, China account opening, etc;
  • Better collaboration with HK to develop a tailor-made sales and service protocol for affluent cross border customers;
  • Proactively look for new customers and approach GBA Campaign/ Program for WMC account opening and remittance target;
  • Proactively design and drive GBA Campaign/Program for local account opening and AUM growth;
  • To become an important bridge of cross border, approach GBA Campaign/Program, develop more CN SCB ETB customers for HK account opening.
  • Support other GBA sales initiatives and services as guided by top management team
  • Actively cross-sell/promote the bank other products / services and ensure annual financial budget is met;
  • To provide quality, efficient before and after sales services;
  • To prepare and consolidate accurate reports on sales activities;
  • Based on a “shared sense” of purpose and approach within CB;
  • Based on a clear division of roles (and no duplication of effort) within MD;
  • Accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements when performing duties;
  • Understand, acknowledge and comply with the requirements on individual accountabilities and responsibilities of the job set out in applicable local laws and regulations as well as SCB internal policies;
  • Effectively ensure and intensify internal controls by keeping abreast with developments of applicable local laws and regulations on accountabilities;
  • Perform job duties with diligence, contribute to efforts as an individual or as a team member so as to avoid any actual or potential legal sanctions, regulatory penalties, material financial loss, or adverse reputational impact on the Bank;
  • Be responsible for failure to follow relevant rules and processes, failure to properly perform the responsibilities, and implement corrections;
  • Cooperate with any investigations or reviews on regulatory failure such as accountability review.
  • 优化GBA WRB 客户的销售和服务模式;
  • 加强向客户介绍与渣打中国相关的产品和服务,包括WMC SB and NB的账户开立以及SB 的Fund in,NB的产品介绍以及国内账户开立等等;
  • 与香港更好的合作,为高净值跨境客户制定量身定制的销售和服务协议;
  • 主动跟进销售机会,开发新客户或借用GBA活动和项目开发成为跨境理财通客户,并实现跨境理财通汇款目标;
  • 主动跟进销售机会,通过GBA活动和项目开立更多的渣打中国账户以及拉进更多的存款;
  • 成为陆港重要桥梁,为香港渣打输送更多的客户开立香港渣打账户;
  • 积极跟进和支持其他渣打大湾区战略重点项目
  • 以周全、创新的方法使客户满意,提升竞争优势及业绩表现;
  • 主动销售银行其它产品和服务,确保达到年度销售业绩指标;
  • 提供高质量、高效的售前和售后服务;
  • 编写和维护有关销售活动的准确报告;
  • 负责实施各项反洗钱的需求并且确保符合反洗钱的合规要求;
  • 理解、认同并遵守本地法律法规以及渣打内部政策中关于个人问责和职责的要求;
  • 跟上本地问责法律法规的发展,以有效地确保并强化内控;
  • 审慎勤勉地履行岗位职责,以个人或团队成员的身份,为避免任何导致银行遭受或可能遭受法律制裁、监管处罚、重大财务损失或声誉负面影响而做出努力;
  • 对未遵守相关规范和流程、未适当履行职责以及未执行整改措施承担相应责任;
  • 配合任何关于违反监管规定的调查或审查,例如,问责审查。

Qualification
  • University degree or above;
  • China MF selling license;
  • 4 year working experience or above in banking dealing with affluent clients and sales of investment products;
  • Good knowledge of bank products, policies, and business strategy;
  • Experience in cross boarder banking and customer engagement is preferred;
  • Strong personal integrity with zero disciplinary record in any previous job;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Presentable, good personality with good business etiquette;
  • 大学及以上学历;
  • 国内基金从业资格;
  • 四年以上银行工作经验针对高净值客户群销售,关系维护和投资产品销售;
  • 了解相关银行产品,规定和业务者优先;
  • 跨境银行销售/服务,客户沟通经验优先;
  • 良好的信用评价与营销技能,对金融市场有敏锐触角;
  • 良好的个人诚信,无任何纪律处分纪录;
  • 良好的沟通,表达及学习能力;
优良的个性品质,勇于销售及解决业务过程中的问题。
Other then above roles, job holder should follow other job duties and responsibilities assigned by line manager from time to time.

Above key responsibilities and selection criteria are the major assessment to assess the staff if qualified during probation and competent after probation. Failing to satisfy any of the aforesaid requirements, or failing to pass the “WRB Essentials”, the employee will be deemed not meeting the recruitment requirement for passing probation, and the Bank is entitled to terminate the employee’s employment contract immediately. For employees who have passed the probation, failing to pass the “WRB Essentials”, will be taken as assessment basis for job incompetency.
