GCR integrated marketing center leader , GCR Integrated Marketing Center Team

- • Bachelor's degree
- • 10+ years of marketing experience especially on demand generation/performance marketing, with marketing skills and experience working for B2B focused technology organizations, proactive in understanding business needs, and has experience in solution/industry marketing programs, cross-functional marketing programs, and integrated campaign development
- • 5+ years’ experience on managing teams
- • Experience on campaign strategy, planning and executions, and campaign management. They will have a diverse and proven track record of campaign best practice and delivering results.
- • Experience guiding team to drive marketing campaign(digital/event) development and execution from concept to completion
- • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners
- • Experience to guide teams in building strategic marketing campaign thinking with data-driven
- • Demonstrated effectiveness in working across organizational boundaries to influence and deliver results.
Key job responsibilities
We are looking a highly experienced IMC team leader to deliver key job responsibilities including:
- Leading from the front: coach and empower IMC digital and event team to foster a collaborative and productive specialized digital/event talent pool to support the online/offline integrated campaign planning and delivery for flagship events and demand generation with quality, speed, and scale;
- Optimization through collaboration: Partner with industry marketing, segment marketing, PMM and growth marketing team etc. to monitor and optimize campaigns on a regular basis;
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of channel owners, fostering collaborative and high-performing environment focused on delivering exceptional results.
- Data-driven mindset: Utilizing a data-driven approach to guide the IMC team in creating and optimizing sophisticated marketing programs, structuring marketing plans, and being able to pivot flexibly and substantively based on in-market performance.
- Demonstrating the value of Integrated Marketing: Establishing the working model, roles and responsibilities (R&R), and corresponding standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the GCR IMC team, and continuously enhancing the efficiency and optimizing the campaign performance of IMC through effective management mechanisms.
- Nurturing a professional Integrated Marketing (IMC) team: For multiple team growth paths such as digital marketing, event marketing, and campaign marketing, continuously empowering the team's sustained growth by combining global and local learning resources. Designing a roadmap, driving the pace, and optimizing iterations for building a professional expertise team for GCR marketing.
- • MBA
- • A proven ability of thinking strategically and execute flawlessly. They must have strong communication skills and be able to influence cross-functional partners to galvanize an organization around a central strategy.
- • Experience building teams by setting vision, mission and mechanisms that ensure delivery of business impacting results
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
- • Experience working in a global context, demonstrate the rich experience with a proven ability of how to build global/local connection to drive growth effectively
- • A self-starter with strong analytical ability, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and an ability to drive innovative programs involving multiple stakeholders.
