Job Title: Graphic Design Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative graphic designer to join our team in Fine Fragrance Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual content that support Fragrance related projects and business through Asia regions with different clients. You will collaborate with our Asia marketing team and design graphics that resonate with our audience and drive engagement, with also the support of the Global Graphic and Creative community.

Your key responsibilities
- Conceive ideas, concepts and creative campaigns; produce and works with in-house Marketing team and leads on creative directions for presentations and print materials for client submission
- Visual identity and branding for key strategic clients and projects with product mock-up and creative inspirations, provide professional recommendations for concepts, design ,art direction, productions, etc.
- Generate variety of graphic design activities, illustrations, including graphic design, presentation layout, simple production in prints ( poster, brochure) to meet creative and business needs
- Envision design and layout for a variety of creative projects including in-house events & exhibitions, collaboration projects with other partners, expand to product design, inspirations on packaging, etc.
- Stay updated on trends. Follow design trends and best practices to ensure that all graphics are creative and on global and regional trends. ( AI, etc)
- Lead on social media visual & branding in selective platform

- Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design or a similar role, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. • Proficiency in designing for both digital and print media.
- Excellent proficiency with design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
- Proficiency with photo-editing software, Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro will be a big plus
- Ability to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
