High Net Worth Segment Devt Manager

- Setup collaboration arrangement with CIB and SME to acquire PP clients for SCB China, leveraging the bank’s existing international banking proposition and services
- Collaborate with Affluent team (primarily Priority Private) branches/distribution/segment teams and CIB to acquire high net-worth clients through client events, campaigns, service offerings etc
- Refer clients to the bank’s international network where clients have international banking needs
- Prospect & pipeline Quality Corporate Partnerships with a sizable client base, especially focus on High-Net-Worth client acquisition.
- Co-work with CN segment teams to provide input for CVP development and client activities to acquire entrepreneur & high-net-worth individual account to on board SCB
- Co-work with PP RM, distribution RM and acquisition ARM/BDE to ensure smooth on boarding journey & pleasant client experience
- Familiar with WRB products ie deposit / SME / lending / WM and act as a key contact from SCB to provide a comprehensive offering to corporate & individual clients. Engage / refer to related sales channel when needed and create synergy.
- Responsible for result delivery per scorecard, performance metrics to be defined by senior management
- Strictly comply with local regulations and group policies on project implementation
- To provide support / updates for promotion and activities, procedural changes, management directives, etc.
- To ensure meeting with internal control, compliance, and audit standards.
- Accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements when performing duties.
- To develop action plans to improve business performance.
- Identify Right Corporate Partners target i.e., both size and natural need.
- Develop Pitch book and professionally pitch at Corporate Partners for a ‘Win-Win’ business collaboration.
- Successfully on-board quality corporate partners, contributing to Yearly QPC target across WRB business.
- Make regular monthly visit and conduct feedback to further improve/explore further product enhancement/platform integration and or other opportunities.
- Lead the streamline business operation between Corporate Partners and SCB.
- Lead end to end alignment with SCB internal stakeholders not limited with WRB on Corporate Partners proposition implementation.
- Track & monitor corporate partners performance as per approved financial plan and justification for corporate partnership renewals.
- Meet Corporate Partners governance criteria and requirement incl. visitation, documentation check etc.
- Ensure all Corporate Partners materials are officiated by Legal & Compliance for external usage.
- Follow through that SCB & Corporate Partners both fulfil Legal Contract agreements.
- Leverage on resources and channels to deliver performance by maximizing new customers/acquisition/referral opportunities and providing quality customer service.
- Conduct appropriately and professionally as SCB representative; no mis-selling/over-promise on Bank’s commitment to Corporate Partners.
- Conduct & present factual Corporate Partnerships information, background, and strategies.
- Corporate Partners relationship management including running referral program and/or other initiatives at Corporate Partners to drive outcome as per planned.
- Make regular monthly visit and conduct feedback to further improve/explore further product enhancement/platform integration and or other opportunities.

- Regular review as per DOI and exceptional cases investigation and following up.
- Commission verification & payment (PO/Payment notice & invoice collection).
- Understand, acknowledge and comply with the requirements on individual accountabilities and responsibilities of the job set out in applicable local laws and regulations as well as SCB internal policies;
- Effectively ensure and intensify internal controls by keeping abreast with developments of applicable local laws and regulations on accountabilities;
- Perform job duties with diligence, contribute to efforts as an individual or as a team member so as to avoid any actual or potential legal sanctions, regulatory penalties, material financial loss, or adverse reputational impact on the Bank;

- College/diploma degree or above;
- 5 years or above working experience in sales function; relevant experience in international Private banking (HK or SG) is preferred
- Highly motivated and drove by number, strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate leadership attributes.
- Strong personal integrity with zero disciplinary record in any previous job
- Good credit appraisal and marketing skills with the ability to interpret financial information
- Optimistic, willing to work under high pressure
