Within this role, you will have the chance to develop and maintain an array of products and services, spanning across components, units, nodes, networks, systems, and solutions. Your development journey in this role will range from requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, simulation, tools design, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) support, to creating product documentation. The role resonates profoundly with the Ericsson Product Development Principles.
What you will do:

• Manage Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipts (GR), and Invoice Receipts (IR), ensuring daily verification, processing, and reconciliation for timely and accurate payments.
• Regularly update and track logistical databases, shipments, payments, and contracts to ensure no details are overlooked.
• Work closely with sourcing teams to obtain product prices or service costs.
• Oversee the process of vendor extensions.
• Correct errors related to quotes, quantities, or unit prices through communication with vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate product mapping in the EB system for ZKH, requiring cross-departmental collaboration.
• Handle the process for custom taxes, broker fees, and domestic freight POs, including creating and revising invoices in the EB system.
• Create, revise, and complete invoices in the EB system, ensuring accuracy and avoiding delays in payments and project timelines.

The skills you bring:

• Master’s degree or higher from a prestigious university, preferably in Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to assess issues and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and idea presentation.

Commitment:
Availability to work 4 days per week for a duration of 6 months or more as an intern.
