Early Career Program Business Analyst

As part of the Excellerate program you will be able to seize the initiative, operate with a consultative approach and collaborate on cross-technology solutions. The program will ensure you gain real practical insight into our business, our stakeholders and our customers, communication service providers (CSP) across the globe, and how we integrate end-to-end solutions to ensure everyone worldwide is connected.
Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as a Business Analyst of Project Management Office (PMO), Networks Supply Chain Manufacture Site in Nanjing, China!
What you will do
- Gain a thorough understanding of business workflows, collect missing data, and propose ways to integrate new data into existing processes.
- Evaluate efficiency improvement opportunities arising from digital transformation and business flow transformation and explore the connections between new and traditional tools used in project management, research and development and supply operations.
- Analyze and improve business systems to support PMO and company objectives, achieving high efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with global supply, product development and product marketing cross-cultural teams to provide critical support for successful new product introductions.

In addition, we believe you have:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in project management or business administration, with experience in business analysis (e.g., strategy analysis, requirements analysis, solution evaluation). MBA graduate will be preferred.
- T-shaped professional with strong cross-disciplinary collaboration skills, and competencies in communication and leadership
- High adaptability with the ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge and skills.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, and strong intercultural communication abilities.
- A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
