- Contract and legal documents review and translation;
- Manage corporate secretary works, including but not limited to, draft corporate documents, manage government procedures, company chop etc.;
- Support department administration, including but not limited to, document filing, data input/encoding;
- Other tasks as might be assigned from time to time.、

- Real experience in the field of your interest, learnt from a professional team
- Flexible work schedule
You bring
- Good command of both written and oral English
- Good organization and communication skills
- Computer proficient including MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and willing to learn
- At least committed to 3 days+ every week
- Under-graduate student or student in graduated school majoring in Law or English
