• Position Title: Lead Engineer (Engineering Design department)
• Working Location: Zhuhai, China
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon-Fri (8 am-5.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary (Up to￥30K) + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align the Engineering teams and resources with the objective of “Design for Manufacturing” to achieve product leadership in the related industry.
• Understand, communicate, and manage the core needs of customers’ design and their requirements.
• Offer cooperation and support on Engineering needs as required by other departments.
• Operate as a team player with the ability to collaborate with other Department Heads in achieving corporate objectives.
• Lead engineering initiatives to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturing and industry leadership.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in the related industry.
• Excellent communicator with strong organizing and leadership skills.
• Knowledgeable in material substrates such as elastomer (Silicone rubber), plastics and metal.
• Hands-on experience with Pro-E Creo and Unigraphics (NX)/ Auto CAD software.
• Exposure to managing Product Development of component parts relating to Silicone Rubber, Plastics and Metal (any 2 out of 3 required substrates is acceptable) with client’s 2D/ 3D drawings.
• Possess some secondary process and tooling knowledge.
• Good rapport in interfacing and negotiating with local and global customers on Product and Engineering Development.
