主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Contract management (i) pre-communication and provide guidance regarding contract handling process and contract template selection, ii) contract review based on established templates and provide comments, iii) manage contract related activities in accordance with the internal process, iv) contract archive and maintaining the list of signed contracts, v) maintaining contract templates incl. HCP, meetings, procurement, commercial, e-commence etc, related.)
Reviewing the marketing/ advertisement materials (Atos, CBU, WC, CBD, CSA) based on the guidance provided by Regional Legal and Group Legal.
Conduct legal related process training to internal stakeholders (incl. contract related process, general guideline of marketing and advertisement materials etc.)
Support on Corporate legal matters (i) maintaining and updating registration status of legal entities, ii) provide relevant assistance when needed, iii) coordinate with Group Legal for corporate legal matters when needed.
Administrative matters for the Legal team (i) PO establishment, ii) payment arrangement, iii) meeting coordination, iv) maintaining list of external law firms etc.)
maintaining website of legal department, coordinating on uploading the up-to-date documents/ information
Support to Regional Compliance (i) assist in specific compliance investigations when needed and ii) conduct regular spot check assigned by Regional Compliance, incl. monthly spot check of reimbursement, monthly spot check of meeting plan, quarterly audit of Speakers’ qualification and quarterly spot check of marketing materials etc.)
Be responsible for other works assigned by General Counsel, Region Asia

任职资格Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (i) law preferred or (ii) other relevant degree (e.g. medical science or business management or social science etc.) and with legal related trainings.
3-5 years experiences (i) in legal field, or (ii) within medical science related industry.
International experience preferred (i) overseas education experience or (ii) working experience within MNC.

Fluent in Chinese and English (oral and written). Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Strong IT user skills (word, Power Point, Share Point, Teams).
