Logistic Specialist

1. Inbound: work with agencies for custom clearance & declaration process.
- coordinate shipment with Finland/ UK/ Denmark/ Southeast Asia/ outsourced vendors for inbound shipment to China.
- prepare customer declaration documents to custom broker.
- support custom physical product random check process at CIQ site per CIQ request.
- support marketing for sample delivery from HQ to CN.
- supervise inbound goods receiving process.
- input inbound receiving details in ERP system.
- handle drop shipment from HQ to Customers.
- export and cross-board related operations.
2. Outbound operation:
- coordinate replenishment order delivery with LSP to shops/customers.
- Input customer / shop delivery order & stock transfer order in system.
- Coordinate ecom operation with DC, TP/DP and Sales.
3. Report
- generate reports from system: e.g. stock report, defective report, stocktake report, etc.
4. Defectives / products return handling:
- handling customer return.
5. Support logistics manager per operation requests.
