Job Summary:

• Responsible for transportation & customs clearance for FG.
• 负责成品的运输和清关。
• Responsible from forecast collection to FG shipment arrangement to customers.、
• 负责从预测收集到安排成品出货给客户。
• Responsible for Supply plan according to demand and inventory.
• 负责根据需求和库存制定供应计划。
• Responsible for Purchasing related raw materials and FG.
• 负责相关原材料和成品的采购。
• Responsible for material master data setup.
• 负责物料主数据的建立。
• Responsible for FG movement in SAP.
• 负责SAP中成品的移动。
• Responsible for month end FG reconciliation and year end stocktaking with Finance.
• 负责月末FG对账和年终盘点

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:

• Arrange FG to customers to meet FG on time delivery.
• 安排成品准时出货给客户。
• Preparing related shipping & customers clearance documents, work closely with brokers to ensure FG smoothly shipped out.
• 准备相关的运输和客户清关文件，与经纪人密切合作，确保成品顺利装运。
• Maintain good relationship with the relevant government departments/China custom to ensure smoothly custom clearance, handle custom inspection and check.
• 与相关政府部门/中国海关保持良好的关系，以确保顺利通关，处理海关查验。
• Responsible for the whole process from forecast collection to FG shipment arrangement to intercompany customers for certain products.
• 负责一些产品从预测收集到FG出货安排到公司内部客户的整个流程。
• Responsible for Supply plan according to demand and inventory for certain products, report to Superior to consolidate final supply plan.
• 根据特定产品的需求和库存制定供应计划，并向上级汇报最终的供应计划。
• Responsible for demand, supply, inventory balanced and optimized for certain products.
• 负责特定产品的需求，供应，库存平衡和优化。
• Responsible for supplies master data setup in SAP.
• 负责在SAP系统中建立物料主数据。
• Responsible for Purchasing related raw materials and FG, control purchasing qty and rhythm to ensure inventory stock to meeting KPI requirements.
• 负责采购相关原材料和成品，控制采购数量和节奏，确保库存达到KPI要求。
• Responsible for FG movement in SAP.
• 负责SAP中成品的移动。
• Month end FG reconciliation with physical record and year end stocktaking with Finance.
• 月末FG与实物记录对账，年末与财务进行盘点。
• Other duty is assigned by manager.
• 其他由经理安排的工作。

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, majored in Supply Chain, International trading, Logistics or Industrial Engineering or English major is ideal.
• 本科学历，供应链、国际贸易、物流、工业工程或英语专业优先。
• Good English skill and communication skills
• 良好的英语表达能力和沟通能力
• 5+ years experiences in manufacturing plant import and export role, 1-2 years experiences in buyer and planner /supply chain generalist role.
• 5年以上制造工厂进出口工作经验，1-2年采购和计划/供应链工作经验。
• SAP experience in related modules and good at Excel.
• SAP相关模块经验，熟练使用Excel。
• Familiar with custom clearance process, with certificate related on custom declaration is preferred.
• 熟悉海关清关流程，有报关证书者优先。
• Computer literate in Excel, Word and Power point
• 熟练使用Excel, Word和powerpoint
• Focused on detailed and results driving.
• 注重细节和结果驱动。
• Capable to work under pressure.
• 能够在压力下工作。
• Can work overtime if necessary.
• 必要时可以加班。
