Job Description

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects for China.
• Ensure timely, within-scope, and on-budget project delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams across global and local units.
• Develop and execute project strategies in alignment with global/local goals.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, risks, budget, and resources.
• Communicate project progress, expectations, and metrics to key stakeholders.
• Drive structured decision-making within project teams.
• Maintain governance and effective communication across global and China Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years in project management within Supply Chain or planning.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Detail-oriented with a sensitivity to numbers and metrics.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; WMS, SAP, or Kinaxis experience a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
