• Manage the end-to-end reverse logistics to monitor backlog, delivery plan, turnaround time, yield, and drive improvements.
• Global reverse network development and optimization.
• Coordinate with GEO service team and HQ planning team to improve the end-to-end repair efficiency.
• Repair vendor performance improvement. Improve repair yield, shorten turnaround time, lower return rate.
• Allocate and balance the repair volume in between repair vendors
• Repair vendor capabilities assessment and efficiency improvement.
• Validate repair billing, manage repair cost, and drive cost reduction.
