Description and Requirements
职位描述:
1.负责云平台各产品数据指标体系构建,定义数据标准,产出数据规范,并推动标准和规范的落地,推动数据治理的完成;
2.支持云平台各方向数据需求,持续交付可视化数据分析看板,提升运营效率,推动产品演进;
3.参与业务用户团队沟通,深入了解业务需求,与PM,产研一起探索数据产品规划,定义数据指标,建设数据产品,实现云产品数据的业务价值;
4.负责运营相关数据定义和管理,提供及时有效的分析结果和策略产出,通过数据驱动业务目标的达成;
5.分析应用方需求,输出解决方案,联动产研,推动方案落地,共同推动数据质量提升;
6.敏锐洞察行业和用户痛点,分析与沉淀数据中台的核心能力,为公司业务决策提供支持和建议
7.定期监测成本变化,保持与友商的竞争力
职位要求:
1.计算机、统计学、数据分析,财务管理等相关专业优先;
2.3年以上产品运营及数据分析工作经验,熟悉云计算领域产品者优先;
3.能熟练运用分析工具并对数据趋势作出独立思考和判断、可以基于客观数据准确定位业务的关键问题,并给出解决问题的建议,提升关键的数据指标结果,提升运营效率;
4.具备强沟通能力,团队协作能力,数据分析能力,结构化思维能力,良好的自我驱动力和学习能力,有过独立负责复杂项目管理经验的优先。
5. 有良好的英文读写、表达能力.
