Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industries, markets, and client information related to the assigned positions to define search directions.
2. Interview candidates, perform comprehensive evaluations, and ensure the selection of the most suitable candidates.
3. Follow up on feedback from hiring departments and promptly adjust search strategies as needed.
4. Prepare candidate profiles, introductions, and evaluation reports to ensure accurate and effective communication of information.
5. Conduct background checks on candidates to verify the authenticity of their qualifications and competencies.
6. Coordinate candidates' salary expectations, negotiate compensation packages, and achieve mutually satisfactory agreements.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or higher, with over three years of experience in senior talent recruitment or the headhunting industry.
2. Proficient in English, with the ability to conduct recruitment communications and negotiations fluently.
3. Experience in overseas recruitment is preferred, especially for candidates with prior work experience in multinational companies or overseas education.
4. Excellent communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to work independently.
5. Strong insight into the talent market, with the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
海外项目猎头专员/经理
岗位职责：
1. 进行职位相关行业、市场及客户信息的深入调查与分析，明确搜索方向；
2. 负责面试候选人，进行全面评估，确保选拔合适的候选人；
3. 跟进用人部门的反馈意见，及时调整候选人搜索策略；
4. 撰写候选人介绍、说明书及评估报告，确保信息的准确传达；
5. 进行候选人的背景调查，确保其资历与能力的真实性；
6. 协调候选人的薪资要求，进行薪资谈判，达成双方满意的协议。
任职要求:
1. 大专及以上学历，拥有三年以上高级人才招聘或猎头行业经验；
2. 英语能力优秀，能够流利进行招聘沟通与谈判；
3. 具备海外招聘经验，优先考虑曾在外企工作或拥有留学经历；
4. 具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神，能够独立开展工作；
5. 对于人才市场有敏锐的洞察力，能够快速适应变化。
