Overview:
- Act as HRBP for Foods Category Team and 2 Foods HQ Sales Teams on various HR initiatives to provide recurring HR core processes support, with a focus on talent acquisition, total rewards, performance mgt., learning & development.
- Partner closely with HR COE team to achieve the goals set in Foods Category Team and 2 Foods HQ Sales Teams talent strategy, covering org design, succession planning, talent development, culture & engagement, as well as change management interventions when needed.
- Provide local dispute resolution through strong employee relationships.
- Serves as a trusted employee advisor to mid & junior level employees.

Work with COE, GBS and HBS teams on the delivery & implementation of HR core processes:
- Deliver the coaching sessions to Foods Category Team and 2 Foods HQ Sales Teams employees throughout the whole PMP cycle (incl. Objective Setting, MYR, Year End, Career Conversation)
- Coach team leaders on OHS team report analysis, generate insights for improvement areas and facilitate OHS workshops to generate functional-level action plans; provide guidance and advices to taskforce teams throughout the implementation stage
- Provide strong support to HRD in delivering Foods Category Team and 2 Foods HQ Sales Teams PPP session
- Work with TR team on focal and mid-year cycle nominations and own end to end process management
- Work with GBS and HBS teams on employee life cycle management, job evaluation and other routine HR processes

Work with COE team to build up the learning culture while equip talents with the required capabilities/skills through different capability building and talent development programs:
- Promote the learning culture through the local deployment of different global project, e.g.: PEP U DEGREED, Marketing Knowledge Center
- Design and implement function’s Capability Building Programs, lead capability gaps diagnosis, and implement the customized functional workshops per business needs
- Facilitate career related workshops including the education of career philosophy, growth model, leadership framework - Great 5, etc.
- Provide career counseling when needed

Work with HRD and internal/external stakeholders to optimize organization development and talent development practices:
- Support HRD to develop and implement key talent strategies to meet the business as well as talent development needs
- Support on yearly AOP planning, work with functional leadership team to frame out the manpower needs to support the business growth
- Fine turn the org design and facilitate the talent movements when needed
- Partner with TA to design & implement talent pipeline strategy, strategically buy right talents from market
- Facilitate Foods Category Team and 2 Foods HQ Sales Teams team culture meetings/townhalls to enhance internal communication and team engagement:
- Coach people leaders to address employee relationship cases and performance issues in line with labor law, local regulations and company policies & procedures.
- Ad hoc projects per assignment: Future Leaders program including assessment, placement, development; HK internship program, etc.
- Bachelor degree, master preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin & English
- 5-8 years’ HR experiences with no less than 3 years in HRBP function
- Solid know-how related to HR general topics, Performance Management & Measurement, Organization Development, Employee & labor relations & Labor Law, Employee Advocacy & Communication, Staffing & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Culture & Engagement
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Good business acumen, customer-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
- Exhibits a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to take on significant challenges, problem-solver
