Job Responsibilities:

1、 Track and research the development trends and innovative policies of domestic and international public fund products. Combine company strategy and market demand to complete product design proposals.
2、 Prepare product application materials, maintain communication with custodian banks and regulatory authorities to ensure timely completion of product applications, and closely follow up on the progress of product approvals.
3、 Manage the full lifecycle of products, including establishment, maintenance, information disclosure, and regulatory reporting.
4、 Conduct research and analysis on topics related to business development, feasibility of new products, and provide research reports.
5、 Monitor market trends in asset management, analyze the performance of company products, and provide research support to the sales team.
6、 Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders.
Qualifications:
1、 Master's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related fields.
2、 Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development at a public fund company.
3、 Proficient in office software, with excellent data analysis skills.
4、 Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
5、 Diligent, responsible, and possess good teamwork and collaboration skills.
