What we are looking for (Objective):
Provide leadership and guidance in all aspects of projects assigned. Manage strategic aspects of large engagement and mitigate any risk. Cultivate and maintain client relationship. Promote JLL within the region in real estate industry. Achieve pre-established financial goal in each fiscal year.
What this job involves (Accountabilities):Project Management:
Oversee all the Civil projects in general.
Follow company’s operation procedure and policy.
Oversee Senior Project Managers and Project Manager working on client engagement within practice.
Review high-level deliverables across practice.
Ensure engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures take place for all practice engagements.
Develop, implement, and maintain sound business practices.
Develop and implements strategic objectives for practice that are aligned with the region's strategic initiatives.
Market the company in its pursuit of project opportunities.
Assemble and effectively lead the project team to achieve the best possible performance from all team members.
Provide direction for a clear plan for the project by setting objectives, and by programming, and budgeting to achieve these goals.
Oversee and assist project to establish an effective organisation structure for reporting and responsibility and authority, and to establish working procedures.
Monitor programs of the projects to measure the performance compared to programs and budgets, and take corrective action.
Monitor and report on the Company resources engaged in the projects, and to allocate these resources to complete the project within the Company budget.

Business Development:
Develop deeper relationships with local JLL business services and global clients to leverage opportunities.
Implement broader CN business strategy and achieve business development consistency in delivery around local “one off” and Regional Account clients.
Grow PDS China Revenue and AGM annually in line with agreed growth targets.
Develop successful local and MNC client relationships across all key markets nationally across China.
Market & sell PDS specialist sector service offerings (Hotels, Education & Healthcare) across all key markets nationally across China.
Develop and Implement an annual China Business Development Strategy in line with the China P&DS Strategy. Identify specific opportunities and trends affecting the demand for PDS services.
Support Regional Corporate Accounts business development team on regional and global bids in a timely manner.
Work with local Business Development leads to drive consistency in all aspects of business development documentation, including proposals, responses, and presentations, pricing and reporting.

Education /Work Experience Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or above major in architectural, civil engineering or related discipline.
Above 15 years’ experience related to all aspects of Design / Construction / Project Management in High-rising Commercial/Office building Projects for multi-national Clients.
A strong sales background with strong negotiation skills and experience
At least 5 years project team management experience is mandatory.
Technical and Administrative Skills:
Proficient in English, in both oral and writing communications.
Proficient in Excel, Word to complete analysis & reports.
Well-practiced in Power Point for presentations.
Sales and marketing savvy.
Financial acumen to drive profitability of new business.
Strong contracting and negotiation skills, good command over written and spoken English.
A team player who can work closely with JLL BL leaders to turn leads into opportunities.
Flexibility to travel across China as required.
Business Skills
Familiar with China construction market, regulations and general practices.
Understand the legal environment for each project and be able to direct project avoiding any legal risks.
Skilful in commercial negotiations with client, contractors, consultants and authorities.
Demonstrate market analysis ability to identify right opportunities.
To be able to conduct feasibility study.
Demonstrates ability to think broadly beyond account / client. Understands the strategic priorities of the firm at the country-level.
Creates sound strategies and project solutions to take local client relationship forward.
Continuously seeks opportunities to improve client service experience for the account.
