Who you are:
Alfa Laval is looking for a Regional PMO manager joining the Group Digital foundational area One ERP; a newly established organization to consolidate and focus all ERP related activities with clear mandates and responsibilities to create a solid and scalable transactional ERP foundation to support the strategic direction of Alfa Laval.
One ERP will develop, accelerate rollouts of D365 and manage one common effective and efficient ERP platform based on standardization of transactional processes for all business in Alfa Laval.

Your contribution as the Regional PMO manager within ERP Rollout Project Management, will be crucial for success; strengthening, adding value and providing support to current and future Roll-Out projects on a broader scale.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO manager to join our team in China. As a key member of our One ERP, the PMO manager will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing Program- and project methodologies and staffing and onboarding of resources for the projects. This role requires a strong background within ERP, project methodology, competence development, portfolio management, and capacity management. This role is a support function to the program and is the legal manager for the Program-level employees.

About the job:
- Manager for program level employees
- Ensure that program and projects work according to agreed methodologies.
- Ensure continuous competence development by identifying skill gaps and initiating training programs for the teams within the program.
- Lead capacity management efforts to optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient delivery of transformation projects.
What you know:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on governance, project management, and competence development.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management and capacity management principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certification in (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe) is a plus.
