Job descriptions:

• New product instruction for repair projects, drive day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives.
• Drive project’s issue resolution, schedule, cost, quality, etc.
• Validate NPI data, billing, and repair cost.
• Coordinate with service PE team to build repair capability, enable and assess vendor and solve NPI issues.
• NPI performance improvement, improve repair yield and readiness rate, shorten turnaround time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Project Management/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or relevant.
• 3+ years’ experience in NPI management, PC motherboard or LCD production industry is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skill with clients, repair vendors, and cross-function teams.
• Data-driven, self-motivation, working under pressure, accept regular business trip.
• Strong communication skills (in both Mandarin Chinese and English) – verbal, written and executive presentations.
