Sales Account Management, Staff

The Product Solution Sales Manager manages the sales of Synopsys Processors, security and Bluetooth/Wireless connectivity IPs in Northern and Southern China.
Job Requirements:
The qualified candidate possesses:
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with IP sales professionals, executive account management, corporate and field application engineers, product management, contracts administration, and finance staff to meet and exceed established sales objectives.
- Develops pipeline.
- Drives forecast, booking/revenue results.
- Develops and implements a multi-year product sales strategy for Processor IPs, ASIP tools, security and Bluetooth IPs, and helps account/IP sales teams implement them to grow Processor/security IP/BLE IP business in assigned territory.
- Gathers and assesses customer input from the field and key accounts.

Works with product development team and service delivery teams to ensure differentiated product offerings are available for customers in your territory.
Job Requirements:
The qualified candidate possesses:
- >5 years related experience in technical selling, field applications engineering and /or sales management.
- A working knowledge of Processor, Security and wireless connectivity IP markets, including customer challenges, business models and IP selection criteria.
- Business development skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers’ engineering and business staff at all levels.
