PERSOLKELLY is currently assisting one of our clients in search for Account Manager role with requirements as below:

• Act as company representative for entry into appointed China Markets.
• Design a flexible and effective way to enter markets.
• Coordinate with Branding &Communication Department to develop marketing initiatives for specific events.
• Develop robust sales planning based on guidance from Marketing Business Development Division.
• Define criteria to identify potential tenants (high utility usage).
• Prepare periodic forecast & sales realization Develop account planning for engaging potential tenants.
• Understanding potential tenants' business circumstances.
• Identify possible product & pricing offering for potential tenants with long term objectives (special customers with special requirements).
• Define appropriate communication plan including appointment of key representative.
• Execute account plan to achieve sales realization.
• Build strong communication with potential tenants.
• Monitor sales progress against budget plan and report to GM Sales & Marketing.
• Provide proposal to potential tenants based on information gathered.
• Act as company representative for negotiation to reach an agreement.
• Monitor land preparation prior to tenant handover

We expect candidates with the qualifications as below:

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Management or related fields from reputable university
• At least 10 years of working experience as Sales Marketing in Industrial Estate
• Fluent in written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and or Cantonese
• Fluent in written and oral communication skills in English is a must
• Strong leadership, independent, strong analytical thinking, good communication

& good interpersonal skill.

• Willing to be placed at Zhejiang or Jiangsu or Shenzhen, China
