We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing.

Work you'll do

• Ability to implement targeted and insightful risk management solutions by delivering advanced research-based, analytically-driven methodologies
• Ability to adopt an insight-based approach to assess the clients' governance capabilities, practices and processes, and identify gaps with market leading practices
• Ability to augment the strategic impact of risk management solutions by executing research and identifying key metrics, frameworks and leading practices
• Ability to increase quality of sustainability engagements by providing data-driven solutions that align with client's strategic objectives
• Ability to strategically drive the development and execution of risk assessments and mitigation plans to enhance the client’s ability to identify, evaluate, prioritize and mitigate risks
• Ability to perform complex business process assessments and design solutions to improve client’s operational efficiency and compliance
• Develop self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, share knowledge and experiences with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador
• Build relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor or above degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management, Risk Management, Finance or other related disciplines
• Preferably at least one certification of CICPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, CISM
• Minimum one year of related experience; preferably worked as consultant role in famous consulting firm
• Experience in risk control and business process re-engineering
• In-depth understanding of different services/products offered by the industry, including any value added Service
• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Japanese and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel
• Demonstrates a strong capability to learn, specialize and initiate application of domain knowledge that contributes to effective implementation of business solutions
• Applies Deloitte’s frameworks, assets, tools, and methodologies to effectively map and organize data
